Appraisals are our business - a professional appraisal is our guarantee. Experienced, dedicated, customer service oriented appraisal professionals with 25 years experience in real estate, business, public service, and community activities. Highly effective, fast, efficient, courteous professional appraisers with direct valuation experience strong communication and excellent analytical skills. We are full time professional valuation experts, licensed appraisers. We are not real estate brokers, not real estate agents, not part-time appraisers.
We are one of Southwest Michigan's most trusted and respected appraisal firms. Appraisal Professionals are full service appraisers. We do residential (single, 2-4 and multifamily), church, commercial, condemnation, farm, personal property (along with real estate), relocation, REO, review and vacant land appraisals; business valuations; and tax and special assessment appeals.
Our firm includes appraisers, technical support, and an appraiser awaiting certified residential status. Our staff includes former Tax Tribunal hearing officers, certified assessors, bankers, managers, small business owners, certified economic developers and analysts. We have backgrounds in real estate, community and economic development, housing and taxation matters. We have experience in all areas of appraising all types of property. For 25 years we have developed expertise on housing, community and economic development. We have completed thousands of appraisals for our clients. We are FHA, MSHDA, 203(k) and HQS certified, and prefer to use EDI, ACI Lighthouse or Adobe Acrobat PDF.
We work with banks, savings and loans, lenders, credit unions, financial institutions, mortgage companies, attorneys, businesses, corporations, accountants, trust departments, relocation companies, local units of governments, the State of Michigan, FHA, MSHDA, FANNIE MAE, private parties and individuals.
Our valuation professionals have over 25 years experience in business, public service and community activities, with 12 years direct valuation experience. Our appraisers have successfully completed over 5,000 single family, 2-4 family, and multi-family residential and small commercial appraisals. We have also conducted hearings and made independent determinations of value on real and personal property across the state; and successfully coordinated numerous conflict resolution sessions with private and public sector groups and organizations.
